A trust with eight sites, each procuring display and audio technology locally, producing inconsistent equipment, support arrangements and staff experience.

What Sysflex did

Sysflex defined a standard by room type, set out what each site needed to have in place before installation, and produced a rollout plan that fitted the trust’s capital programme and term dates.

Outcome

Sites now specify from one document, staff move between buildings without retraining, and the trust negotiates support across the estate rather than per school.
