Our Group
Choose one specialist for a defined requirement, or engage the group when the project needs joined-up thinking.
Turning an operational requirement into a specification suppliers can price fairly, and a decision the client can defend.

The challenge
Technology tenders are often written as equipment lists, which guarantees that the returns cannot be compared. One supplier includes commissioning and three years of support; another quotes hardware and a day rate. The cheapest number wins, the scope gaps appear during installation, and the saving disappears in variations.
A clear requirement, a defined evaluation framework and a fixed set of questions put the comparison on a sound footing before anyone is approached, which matters as much for an SME buying one system as for a public body running a formal process.
What Sysflex does
Document what the systems must achieve, including support, training and lifecycle expectations.
Set the evaluation criteria and the information every supplier must return, so responses can be compared line by line.
Run the clarifications, score the returns and record the reasoning behind the appointment.
Outcomes
✓ Tender returns that can actually be compared, rather than three different interpretations of the brief.
✓ Scope gaps closed before contract rather than discovered during installation.
✓ A documented, defensible decision, which matters when the client has a board or a procurement process to satisfy.
Across the project
Engage at Stage 3 or 4, before the tender is issued. Once returns are in, the questions cannot be changed.
